I Prefer Albania Over Malawi

Albania is a very small but very pretty country in southern Europe, neighbouring Greece. It’s one of the less often visited countries in southern Europe but that is most definitely changing as more and more people notice its amazing attractions. Without a doubt Albania has unbelievable, pure white sandy beaches, virgin mountain regions, and fun, growing cities.

Albania’s white sandy beaches are beautiful. They are mainly white, sandy beaches except there are a dozen or so pebble beaches too. You could either have fun in the warm dry sun on a rug or get a sun bed, the choice is up to you to make. Plenty of the beaches are really untouched by tourists and a number are so out of the way that you can quite possibly be at the beach without anyone else, even in August.

There are a number of mountain areas in Albania. The mountains in the north are fantastic for skiing or hiking and you can also see a few waterfalls and pristine lakes in the region. The mountains in that area are great to see but the other mountain regions are also extraordinary.

Albanian cities are extremely vibrant with a cafe culture resulting in plenty of great cafes to choose from. Albania cities for example Shkodra are worth spending time in to view the unusual old city area and not to mention to visit a museum.

Without a doubt you will find that Albanians are mostly hospitable and will be more than pleased to show you their country if you spend some time there.
